Decision Support Toolkit App

ADACAS has developed a new resource to help you support decision making. The Decision Support Toolkit is available for free on the Google Play store and is coming soon on the App Store.
Find information about supported decision making, planning for the future and the abuse of older people.
Use our Decision Making Toolkit to support someone to go through the decision making process. You can record notes and the decision through the app and send a summary to a chosen email address.
Find tips on how you can support decision making including questions you could ask, how to break down decisions and how to identify supports.
